There 10 steps to assembly a brass ball valve:
1. Insert stem seat
2. Insert stem nut
3. Insert valve body seat
4. Insert stem
5. Tighten the stem screw
6. Insert ball
7. Insert bonnet seat
8. Paste glue
9. Connect valve body and bonnet
10. Tighten valve body and bonnet

The brass ball valves will be 100% pressure tested by water wth pressre 6~8Kgs, to ensure each brass ball valve are leakage free. The brass ball valve will be assembled with handle, and packed for delivery then.
