What is a water heater safety valve?
 
The water heater brass safety valve is suitable for electric water heaters and air energy water heaters. It also has a check valve and a pressure relief valve function. It can prevent the water from entering the electric water heater from flowing back and excreting excess pressure when the internal pressure of the electric water heater is high. It guarantees the life of the liner and avoids the occurrence of a blast accident. It is a multi-function storage type electric water heater safety relief valve. The valve body tee is divided into the inlet chamber, the outlet chamber and the safety chamber. The safety chamber is provided with a drainage hole. a check valve core, an external adjustment spring, and an adjustment limit piece are arranged in the water outlet chamber, and an elastic pad, a safety valve core and a drain rod, a safety pressure adjusting spring are placed in the safety chamber, and the adjusting cover is screwed through the drain rod. The safety chamber and the outer protective cover are provided with a drainage ear at the end of the drainage rod, the drainage ear is fastened with a protective buckle, and the protection buckle is fixed on the drainage hole seat by the drainage pipe joint. It has the functions of backflow backflow, safe pressure relief, drainage cleaning, etc., and it is easy to adjust. The safety valve should be installed vertically and installed at the gas phase interface of the vessel or pipe.

How the brass safety valve works?
 
Brass safety valves are safety devices designed to prevent pressure equipment and containers from rupturing due to pressure build-up or pressure inside the container. Brass safety valve is a kind of safety device widely used in pressure systems such as pressure vessels, boilers and pressure pipes to ensure the safe operation of the pressure system. When the pressure of the container exceeds the design specifications, the brass safety valve is automatically opened to discharge the high pressure inside the gas reducer to prevent damage to the container or pipeline. When the pressure in the container drops to the normal operating pressure, it is automatically closed to avoid exhausting all the gas due to overpressure of the container, resulting in waste and production interruption. The brass safety valve is mainly composed of a valve seat, a valve disc (spool) and a loading mechanism. The valve seat is integral with the valve body, and some are assembled with the valve body, which is in communication with the device. The valve flap is often attached with a valve stem that snaps onto the valve seat. Above the valve disc is the loading mechanism, the size of the load can be adjusted. When the pressure in the device is within a certain working pressure range, the force acting on the valve disc by the internal medium is less than the force exerted on the valve by the loading mechanism, and the difference between the two constitutes the sealing force between the valve flap and the valve seat. The valve flap is pressed against the seat and the media of the device cannot be discharged. When the pressure in the device exceeds the specified working pressure and reaches the opening pressure of the brass safety valve, the force exerted by the internal medium on the alarm valve is greater than the force exerted by the loading mechanism on the valve, so that the valve flap leaves the valve seat, and the brass is safe. When the valve is opened, the medium in the equipment is discharged through the valve seat. If the displacement of the brass safety valve is greater than the safety relief of the equipment, the pressure inside the equipment gradually decreases, and after a short period of exhaust, the pressure drops back to normal. Work pressure. At this time, the internal pressure acts on the valve flap and the force exerted on the valve is smaller than the force applied by the loading mechanism. The valve flap is pressed against the valve seat, the medium stops discharging, and the device maintains normal working pressure and continues to operate.
